Mythos Villa Palio

Spend your holiday in our quietly situated vacation home, which accommodates  5 to 10 guests and is located just 300 meters from the beach.

The villa consists of two separate units—the "Mythos Main House" in the upper section and the "Mythos Pool Studio" in the lower section—connected by an outdoor staircase; depending on availability, they can be rented individually or together - the entire villa space 8 to 10 people!

Enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea, the mountains, and the surrounding nature. Our villa is tastefully furnished to a high standard. The entire house is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi and private parking.

The beach, cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket are all within a 5-minute walk. Kavala is 3 km away, Iraklitsa 5 km, Nea Peramos 8 km, and Amolofi Beach 10 km. The distance to Kavala Airport is 48 km, and Thessaloniki Airport is 150 km away.

 "Mythos Main House", 63 m² (upper level):
Accommodates up to 5 guests; 2 double - 1 single bed
spans two floors and features two spacious balconies with sea views, as well as a large terrace with mountain views—nestled in nature and equipped with seating, sun loungers, and a barbecue in the upper entrance area.

Please note that the pool is not included when booking the "Main house". The pool is only available with the "Pool Studio", or if you rent the entire property (both units)

features a separate entrance on the lower level, a private pool, and an enclosed pergola with an outdoor kitchen, outdoor bathroom, and WC. The enclosed pergola is equipped with a king-size bed and offers sleeping space for 2 additional guests at their own risk!    The pergola is covered and protected on the sides—one half with electric roller shutters and the other with heavy curtains. However, some water may still enter during heavy rain; we accept no liability for this.
